Example: Running HotBars on High while pedaling your fat bike across frozen lakes will result in less runtime than using Low to take the edge off on blustery 50°F days.

Increase runtime significantly by turning on and off as needed.

While the battery pack is removable for summer, it is not removed easily enough for daily charging. HotBars come with a 6' USB-C charge cable.
Solid green lights show the current state of charge. Blinking light pattern indicates charging in progress.
Fully charged: All four battery indicator lights remain solid green until the charge cable is removed.
We recommend charging HotBars in temps above freezing. Not possible? HotBars are designed to handle this, but it may take longer to reach a full charge.
Preorders allow us to ensure you get the product you want, when you want it. Your payments are 100% protected and will be refunded to you, by law, if you do not receive product. Which will not be needed, but we want to provide the reassurance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please reach out to us and we will do all we can to help. We have the policy below for unused returns, but we will work with you on any reasonable return requests.
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a no-questions-asked full refund.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Beginning April 2026, HotBars are available for pre-order, but will not ship until the fall 2026 season. Once we receive product, the following shipping policy applies. We will begin sending monthly updates on shipment starting in September.
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 5–10 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
For customers outside the contiguous USA: please reach out to us directly. We can provide you a shipping quote. We are not yet able to ship to customers outside of the USA. Until then, all orders with delivery addresses outside of the USA will be cancelled and refunded. We are doing our best to change this and will keep our customers updated. In those cases, all international shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
If you experience an issue covered by warranty, contact us at contact@hotbars.com with proof of purchase, and we’ll repair, replace, or refund your product at our discretion.
Bottom line is that we want you to be completely satisfied with your HotBars. Please reach out to us with any issues you may be experiencing, be nice to our team, and we will do all we can to resolve any issues with your bars. Our products are built to perform in the toughest outdoor conditions, and we stand behind their quality.
Each purchase comes with a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but again, reach out to us if you're having problems with your HotBars beyond that timeframe.
